Who
Nation One Mortgage is an independent mortgage bank with HQs in New Jersey & South Carolina. The South Carolina leadership team, Team Crescenzo, is expanding the growth of Nation One throughout the Southeast United States with offices in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and, coming soon, Florida.
What
Team Crescenzo is in the problem-solving business for our clients. We look at creative ways to put together hand-crafted home loans. This is done through traditional and nontraditional loan products that offer the best available solutions for homeownership.
How
At Nation One Mortgage – Southeast Division, we have always lived by We Care, We Communicate, and We Close. We care about clients and do our best to make this process as carefree as possible. We communicate and overcommunicate each step of the way so no one is in the dark. And, of course, we close (on time) so you can start to get into your new home. This is our way to make sure that we can never say no and get to the finish line each and every time for our clients.

James’ industry experience has shown him that homeownership creates generational wealth in America – something he is very passionate about. James supports this goal by bringing on the top loan advisors and building the best branches possible. James’ leadership skills have also allowed him to become a certified John C. Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker.
