WOW!! Team Crescenzo was amazing. I gave them a very tight deadline after my bank dropped the ball from procrastinating. With less than 3 weeks to close they executed the perfect PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act). I was skeptical they could achieve this challenge but Team Crescenzo and Brooke. Knock it out of the park. They had a lot of hurdles to jump with me and they flawlessly hit each huddle with a great stride and not skipping a beat. If you want a well oil team to make things happen this is the team!! The Crescenzo team stepped in when another lender wasn't able to get me approved as a travel nurse buying my first home. Closing day was today, 8/29/23! Honestly, I don’t know how APM did it, but they did it!!! My only regret is that I didn’t meet PJ sooner. This team is the real deal. They’re efficient and trustworthy. They gave me the BEST deal than any comparable competitor. PJ and Amber are just so amazing! I would text/call them and they would ALWAYS respond ASAP. I gave up hope on ever owning a home, and PJ made it happen. Amber came up with endless solutions to finalize the deal. I recommend this company 1000%. Definitely telling all my friends and family to apply with APM!
