After spending 20 years in the industry as a top producing loan officer & mortgage broker, Laurie is now our Team Opener. With a warm, smiling energy she always remains as a huge help to our team. Handing disclosures, appraisals & compliance checks she has been vital to our growth. After living in Vail, Colorado for part of her life, she recently moved back to where she was born in Lexington, South Carolina where she got a position to work at a mortgage company in her hometown.

Phil’s first employee, Amber is a high-level problem solver, VA loan expert, New Construction guru, & business owner specialist. With a will to find the answer to everything, she has exceled since starting alongside Phil & been essential to the team’s growth. Now being able to call herself a mother, Amber is glad to raise Eva in the sunny, beautiful state of South Carolina!

Joining the team within the past year with a high IQ in how to get deals to the finish line, Brooke has helped our team continue to perform at a high level. As a seasoned, mortgage processor, Brooke has been vital to Team Crescenzo & a huge asset. An Ohio native, she enjoys being able to call Charleston home. Outside of being a high performing processor, Brooke is a mother of two children & two furry friends! Cooking six nights a week, she is also a food connoisseur.
