Brody McGuire was such a help to me. He always had an encouraging word to keep me motivated when I felt like this wasn’t going to happen. His favorite saying is “LET’S GO” and that made me work harder to reach my goal. Brody is now part of the Riggins’ family. He even came to my closing. The day I was cleared to close he sent me a message saying how proud he was of me and the progress I made. Brody is definitely an asset to your company.

WOW!! Team Crescenzo was amazing. I gave them a very tight deadline after my bank dropped the ball from procrastinating. With less than 3 weeks to close they executed the perfect PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act). I was skeptical they could achieve this challenge but Team Crescenzo and Brooke. Knock it out of the park. They had a lot of hurdles to jump with me and they flawlessly hit each huddle with a great stride and not skipping a beat. If you want a well oil team to make things happen this is the team!! If I could give 100 stars I would. I don’t even know where to start. Phil, Brody, Amber and their team took me in like family and got me closed on my home in less than a week. We had things fall through from a previous financing option and almost lost the home my family and I were so excited of getting and had already sold our current home which would’ve put us out of a place to stay.
